Where do our products come from?

All our products are shipped directly from Seoul, Korea. 

Do I have to create an account to purchase from Sassy Beauty?

No, though it is recommended. Creating an account with us will enable easier tracking of your orders and we can let you know of any upcoming sales and special discounts. 

Can I edit or cancel my order once it has been placed?

Yes, as long as the order has not been processed yet. We generally need 1 - 3 business days to process your orders. If you wish to change/edit or cancel your order during this period, please contact enquiries.sassybeauty@gmail.com.

However, once an order has been processed, we are not able to change or amend the order. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer a variety of payment methods including Paypal and credit cards. Please let us know if you have any questions or require alternative payment methods by contacting us at enquiries.sassybeauty@gmail.com.

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically take 1-3 business days to be processed.

Standard shipping will usually take 2 - 5 business days and Express Shipping will generally take 1 business days.

Do you ship overseas?

Not at this time. We currently only ship within Australia. 

What Shipping Carriers do you use?

We use a range of major and local couriers. You will be able to select whether you'd prefer standard or express shipping during checkout. 

Do we provide tracking numbers?

Every Sassy Beauty order will come with a tracking number. Once we have processed your order, we will email you with the tracking number.
